All Student registrations will be subject to the principal’s approval and signature both returning and new students.
Registration fee for returning students is $300 per family; this can either be paid by cash or debit upon registration (cheques credit cards will not be accepted)
Early Bird Registration for returning families there will be a discount of $100(from March 2nd, 2020 to April 8th, 2020 excluding the March Break period from March 16th-20th, 2020)
Withdrawals:
Withdrawal form must be filled out and submitted to the finance office thirty days prior to withdrawal, or full school fee payments will be applied.
Registration fees for new families are as follows;
Registration fee:
One student- $500
Two students - $800
Three students - $1000
Any other additional students will be $200 more.
Please note that Registration fees are non-refundable.
All School fees are subject to change at the discretion of the school at anytime during the scholastic year.
Payment Options:
Option A: This option is provided to parents/guardians who decide to pay the school fees on a monthly basis.
Option B: This option applies to the parents/guardians that decide to pay the school fees in one complete payment at the beginning of the school year.
Textbooks: Textbooks are to be purchased from the school starting the last two week of August 2020.
Uniforms: Uniforms are to be purchased based on discretions to be announced by the school at a later date.
Student School Photos: Is required to be paid on time upon notification.
Graduation Fee: The Graduation fees are $200 per school year. $20 per month will be added to the regular school fee.
ID card fee: An additional $5 dollars will be applied to the September payment only for grade 9, 10 and 11.
Bus: The bus fee is $120 per month per student whether it’s one way or two ways for the entire 10 months no empty seat policy is applicable. Please fill out the bus request form if you require the school bus service.
Method of Payment:
Direct Debit: Parents and Guardians are required to bring in one Void Cheque and sign the authorization letter to enroll the school Direct Bank Withdrawal Plan (Direct Debit) in which you authorize the school to automatically take the school fees from your bank account on these following dates;
September 1, 2020 to June 1, 2021 OR August 20, 2020 to May 20, 2021
Cash Payment Guarantee

Please, note that automatic withdrawal on 1st of the month will be applied only if the payee fails to make cash payment prior to 20th of each month
