Registration Procedure:
Registration for returning students beginning: April 18th, 2017, on a first-come first-serve basis. Registration continues for both new and returning students beginning: June 30, 2017, on a first-come first-serve basis (An earlier note that signified discontinuation of registration between June 30, 2017 and August 7, 2017 has now been revoked: instead, registration continues all Summer).

Please note: registration fees are non-refundable.

Registration fee for returning students is $180/family;  This can be paid in cash or by debit upon registration. (Cheques will not be  accepted)
Registration fee for new Families is as follows:
One student      – $230
Two students    – $300
Three students  – $400
Four students   – $500
Five students    – $600
Any other additional students will be $100 more.
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable

Gr. 12 Graduation Fee:

Gr. 12 Graduation fee is $ 200 $20 will be applied to the monthly fees or it will applied once $200 if the one-time fee payment option was chosen.

 

Textbooks: Textbooks are to be purchased from the school during the last two weeks of August 2017 (August 21 to August 31, 2017)

 

Uniforms: Uniforms are to be purchased based on uniform descriptions to be announced by the school at a later date.

Bus fees: The bus fee is $100 per month per student whether it is one way or two ways depending on the availability of space. Please fill out the bus request form  available at the front office or download it from the website if applying online.

 International Students:The tuition fee for international students is $485.

Payment Options:

 

 Option A : This option is provided to parents/guardians who decide to pay the school fees on a monthly basis.

 Option B : This option applies to the parents/guardians that decide to pay the school fees in one complete payment at the beginning of the school year.

Method of Payment:

 

  1. Direct Debit: Parents and Guardians are required to bring in one Void Cheque   and sign theauthorization letter to enroll the school Direct Bank Withdrawal Plan (Direct Debit) in which you authorize the school to automatically take the school fees from your bank account on these following dates;

 

 

            September 1, 2017 to June 1, 2018 OR August 20, 2017 to May 20, 2018

  1. Cash Payment Guarantee
  2. Parents and Guardians are required to bring in, one void cheque and sign the authorization letter to enroll the school Direct Bank Withdrawal Plan (Direct Debit) in which you authorize the school to automatically take the school fees from your bank account. 

 

Please, note that automatic withdrawal on 1st of the month will be applied only if the payee fails to make cash payment prior to 20th of each month

 

  1.    3. School fees cash payments must be always made prior to the 20th of each month starting on August 20th and ending May 20th.
